The Process

As soon as our candidates have registered their interest in working for us we arrange for them to come in at a convenient time to register, and have an interview with one of our experienced team.

These interviews are important, we want to ensure we match the candidate’s skills profile to what our clients are looking for.

The registration and interview is very friendly and informal, and takes around 45 minutes.

We will cover areas such as:

  • Employment history
  • Numeracy and literacy skills
  • Job matching.
  • Holiday pay
  • Any other questions they may have.

Just as we develop partnerships with employers, we work hard to build a relationship with our candidates too.

We look after many candidates who use us regularly for temporary work. You’ll be pleased to know we look after a lot of employers too, our database of local businesses is vast and constantly updated.

What we need from you

To help make the initial interview as productive as possible we ask our candidates to bring:

  • Proof of ID – current passport or full birth certificate with photo ID
  • Proof of National Insurance Number
  • Proof of address
  • Any certificates or licenses
  • Proof of eligibility to work
  • Bank Details
  • Contact details for two references
  • P45
  • Valid email address.
